His methods have proven themselves time and time again. It is a sustainable system guaranteed to deliver unbelievable results. This book does a phenomenal job showcasing the training principles behind the program. There is plenty to take away from this book and immediately begin incorporating into your programming. Highly recommend to anyone looking to take their lifting to new heights
