Would definitely use with students

I teach public sector management frequently, and I have been looking for some good recent work on public financial management to share with students. It's too late for this semester, but I would definitely use parts of this with my upper level undergraduates in future semesters. I really liked the comparative dimensions of this, as one would expect to find from the IMF connected writers in this volume. I am also particularly interested in performance budgeting, and I thought the material related to that topic was especially good.

It reads technical, but it is informative and worth a look. This book is a great choice for one interested in architecture. It doesn't address all the schematics, but it provides necessary information.
